We have booked out the school theatre for the inset day coming up so we can film the parts where the young Jessie J is in the hall/theatre. In the music video there is a Hollywood dropback in the background and we can do the same in our theatre by projecting the same picture onto a white dropback. Therefore the location will look pretty similar.
During the corridor scenes we have decided to film down in lower school in one of their corridors which has similar lighting to the one in the music video. The corridor is the right size to film and it is bright because it has so many windows which give in light and if we do it on a day where it is sunny it will be a bonus. However if we did it on a rainy day it could reflect the mood of how young Jessie is feeling because of everyone picking on her.
For the cafeteria part we have booked out the schools ATE centre which is a cafeteria. We have similiar food stands to the ones used in the music video which is helpful. I think because we are using a very similar location for this part it will make it look very effective if we film it right and depending if the school staff will allow us to chuck trays and cups.
